Boarditto and dittoReel Order Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Your Boarditto and dittoReel Order Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made up of the below Terms & Conditions, any relevant information posted on the respective product and checkout pages, and the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy posted on websites (the “Websites”) of Amoeba Robotics Ltd. (“Amoeba Robotics”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Agreement is entered into and effective as of the date you accept this Agreement, by electronic means or otherwise. By ordering the Boarditto Pick and Place machine, its accessories, and/or any dittoReel items and services (together “Products”), you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement.

PRICE. The price of the Products is indicated on the respective product pages on our Websites. We may update the price at any time without prior notice and the price shown at the time you place your order is the one that applies to you.

DELIVERY. The expected ship date of your order is the date estimated at the time you place your order and is shown on the respective product and/or checkout pages of our Websites. The expected ship date is the date by which we expect to ship your order. The date by which you should expect to receive your order depends on the actual transit time, which varies according to the courier and destination.

RETURNED PACKAGES. You are responsible for tracking the delivery status of your package(s) frequently to know when these will arrive. If you’re not available when the courier attempts delivery, a collection card should be left for you to pick up your package(s) at your local post office or express courier office. Packages will be returned to us if they are not collected within the retention period. We will charge additional shipping fees to ship your order back to you.

CANCELLATIONS; REFUNDS. Before the expected ship date, cancellations and refunds of orders are not allowed under normal circumstances. Requests for cancellations and refunds can be made only after the expected ship date and if we are unable to ship your order by said date.

Orders are final, meaning that shipped orders are not eligible for refunds.

WARRANTY. You will receive any applicable Limited Warranty at the time of delivery of the Products. Shipping fees are not covered under warranty.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES. You should expect to pay any customs, duties, and taxes fees charged by the government of your country and any extra fees charged by the carrier company once your order has been shipped. Customs regulations are different in each country. Please check with the Customs Department of your country for more information on their import policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement. Your sole and exclusive remedy under this Agreement will be limited to reimbursement of your Order Payment.

DISCONTINUATION; CANCELLATION. We may cancel your order of products that we discontinue and will issue a full refund for such products. We may also cancel your order if we determine you are acting in bad faith.

GOVERNING LAW; NOTICES. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Prior agreements, oral statements, negotiations, communications or representations about the Products sold under this Agreement are superseded by this Agreement. Terms relating to the Order not expressly contained herein are not binding unless expressed in writing by Amoeba Robotics as an amendment or modification to this Agreement. If we need to contact you about your order, you consent to receive the notices by e-mail and agree that any such notices sent to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.
