Troubleshooting

Machine:

• If components are not placed accurately, check if the component height value you had input is correct. For example, if the input height is larger than the actual height, the nozzle will release the component in mid-air before the component touches the PCB.

• If the nozzle head crashes or if any of the stepper motors skip a step, you should re-home the machine before continuing.

• If the message "Top Camera Disconnected" appears, try restarting the computer. If that doesn't work, try shutting down the computer, waiting for a few seconds, and turning the computer on again.

Automatic Feeder:

• Make sure there are no components trapped between the Tape Lid and component tape. Otherwise, the Tape Lid won't be able to hold down the component tape properly when feeding.
